Core Self-Defense for Women

A three hour seminar for women 16 years and older that will give you the mental and physical confidence to identify, discourage and respond to an attack. No experience required and all levels of physical ability welcome. A limited number of participants is allowed for each seminar to ensure extensive personal instructor time. Ideal for a group with your friends and all welcome at all locations!
